Hey! Its me Cumin Powder. Proud of: My sortex grade and purity. Premium grade, bold, brownish-grey Cumin (Jeera) is sourced from the farms of Gujarat. Utmost care is taken in procuring the sortex grade (99.6% purity quality) for this spice. Once sourced, the spice is transported to the factory where the seeds are processed and cleaned, before being freshly machine ground into a powder using our sophisticated hammer crushers and micro pulverisers. The final step is mixing in an automatic GMP blender to achieve the desired texture and consistency.
